Heidi Hafermann is a graduate of the Minneapolis College of Art and Design, and discovered early that connecting creativity to learning helped her understand and retain information. She loves collaborating on problem solving, and witnessing that “ah ha!” moment, when things click! She also believes that humor is a key to connecting, and in meeting people where they are.
Heidi grew up in Vienna, Austria, and loves traveling on any scale, from a walk around the neighborhood, to a Greyhound bus trip cross country, to a flight abroad. She moved to Minneapolis to attend college, and was lucky enough to find work building arts programming with youth, which combined her love of connection and collaboration with the arts. She is delighted to be part of the Project Success team, joining the organization in 2023.
