Caitlin joined the Project Success team in 2014 as the Administrative Manager and moved into the Director of Administration role in 2021. She joined the organization with broad experience in the non-profit and youth development sector through previous positions with Habitat for Humanity, East Madison Community Center, and Boys & Girls Club of Dane County. Caitlin is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a B.S. in Community & Non-Profit Leadership and Sociology, along with a Leadership Certificate.
Outside of work, Caitlin serves as the Minnesota State Lead volunteer for the American Cancer Society Cancer Action Network, working to improve the quality of life for cancer patients and their families. She held national and global leadership volunteer roles with the American Cancer Society and American Cancer Society Relay For Life from 2014-2020.
Caitlin has been a Big Sister since 2021 for the She Climbs Mountains Girls Rise Up program in partnership with Big Brothers Big Sisters Twin Cities. Caitlin enjoys spending time with her Little trying new things together and enjoying many Minnesota women’s sports together.
Caitlin loves working for an organization with a “Kids First” focus, seeing students explore and try new things through Project Success programming, and doing so alongside an incredible staff, board, volunteer, and contractor team.
