Justin joined Project Success as an Executive Assistant to the Minneapolis Programs team in 2023. For eight years prior he served as an executive assistant and project manager at Wells Fargo while simultaneously co-owning and operating Sovereignty Recording, a recording studio in Northeast Minneapolis. He is a professional and goal-oriented project manager and assistant who enjoys working collaboratively with his PS peers.
Originally from Michigan, he earned a certificate in Audio Engineering and Live Sound from Visible Music College in Memphis, TN, before moving to Minnesota in 2014. He is the co-founder of a volunteer operated YouTube series, “Pony Rug” which features performances from Twin Cities based musicians.
Justin is honored to partner with PS so that he can do his part to help motivate and inspire young people to dream about the future, help them take steps to get there, and give them the tools they need to achieve their goals.
When Justin isn’t at work he is taking in the arts, music, movies, history, and nature, both solo or with his partner Brianna and their very adorable dog, Denver. He’s happiest on a long bike ride, a riveting game of chess or rummy, or a live music show at one of the many great music venues in the Twin Cities.
