Project Success connects students to their purpose through a proven method of experiential learning called DIG – Dream. Ignite. Grow. – and is fulfilled through a proprietary curriculum of four components: Workshops, Arts, Expeditions and Institute. Through DIG, students have a deeper understanding of themselves and an authentically personal vision of their future.

Our proven methodology DIG is fulfilled through a proprietary curriculum of four components: Workshops, Arts, Expeditions, and Institute.
DIG is identified by three strategic objectives for students, grade 6-12:
Dream Big: Championing boundless thinking and risk-taking to empower trust in oneself and others.
With students’ minds open, they’ll do more than they ever imagined. Seeing what’s possible, making sense of their choices, and having fun along the way.
Ignite Possibilities: Teaching the value of successes and failures to embolden critical thinking and understanding.
Every experience is an invitation to learn, to be immersed in new perspectives, and open to new challenges. Here is an opportunity for students to get to know themselves – and the world around them – better.
Grow Exponentially: Preparing promising futures via unique resources – to expand one’s own personal vision.
Students are going places with Project Success! In seven years’ time, they’ll gain the information and tools to grow broadly and deeply and experience success!
Grade by Grade Approach
Project Success’ goals for students are centered around the whole learner, with social and emotional learning and future planning objectives built into curriculum – grade by grade – over seven years. These objectives are incorporated into all PS programs. Each grade level has a clear curricular focus, based on the developmental stage of the students, which students explore monthly during Workshops and put into action through Arts, Expeditions and Institute programs:
- 6th Grade: How do I dream for my future while building community?
- 7th Grade: What are goals? How do I set and achieve goals?
- 8th Grade: How can I be a leader and prepare for my transition into high school?
- 9th Grade: Who am I? What do I want out of high school?
- 10th Grade: How do I make conscious decisions?
- 11th Grade: How do I take action, ask questions, and overcome obstacles?
- 12th Grade: How does my plan help me prepare for life after high school?
