30 Years of Success and Counting

In three decades’ time, Project Success has worked with more than 225,000 students to connect to their purpose – be it a calling, a career, a curiosity, a meaningful place in life. Through Project Success, students are more likely to:

Dream Big

Ignite Possibilities

Grow Exponentially

Explore our Programs

Project Success connects students to their purpose through a proven method of experiential learning called DIG – Dream. Ignite. Grow. – and is fulfilled through a proprietary curriculum of four components: Workshops, Arts, Expeditions and Institute. Through DIG, students have a deeper understanding of themselves and an authentically personal vision of their future.

Out-of-this-world experiences. Right inside the classroom.

Each month, a Project Success facilitator guides experiential activities in 6th-12th grade classrooms. In middle school, students focus on building community, identity, setting goals and leadership while preparing for high school. In high school, students focus on making conscious decisions, taking action on their goals, and overcoming obstacles while preparing for life after high school.

    Through Workshops, students:
    • Feel excited to state steps toward their futures
    • Develop a better sense of self and purpose
    • Are equipped with tools, skills and confidence needed to achieve goals

Annually, 16,000 students participate in our workshops led by a PS facilitator.

Setting the stage. For your life.

Observing live theater performances and participating in a staged production give students a window into the performing arts, from front of stage to behind the scenes. Thanks to the generous donations of tickets from our 50+ theater partners, Project Success students and their families have access to professional performances and residencies at no cost to them. Theater experiences create a springboard for discussion — inviting risk-taking and possibility.

    Through Arts, students:
Are more aware of diverse perspectives and the world around them
    Build and strengthen community
    Practice setting and achieving goals

Annually, more than 10,000 students and families attend live theater and arts experiences.

“For my son, the musical was the start of him being confident. He saw, ‘There are other people that want to do what I do, and in a secure, inviting, comfortable, supportive environment.’

Learning is a trip. From here to around the world.

Getting out of day-to-day comfort zones open students’ worldviews and ways to thrive, and gives students the opportunity to practice skills learned in their PS workshops. We do this through local to national college and career tours, global experiences to discover culture, art, language, and connection around the world, both virtually and with travel. Our outdoor adventures include field trips and summer trips to the Boundary Waters Canoe Area and Apostle Islands.

    Through Expeditions, students:
    Visualize their potential post-secondary experience
Learn and internalize planning strategies and skills
Are more aware of the possibilities and the world around them

3,000 students experience outdoor field trips, BWCA and Apostle Islands trips, college and career tours, and global experiences annually.
