Each month, a Project Success facilitator guides experiential activities in 6th-12th grade classrooms. In middle school, students focus on building community, identity, setting goals and leadership while preparing for high school. In high school, students focus on making conscious decisions, taking action on their goals, and overcoming obstacles while preparing for life after high school.

PS Partner Schools

We partner with middle and high schools in Minneapolis Public Schools and Mankato Area Public Schools to bring our workshops into the classroom.

Meet our Facilitators

80% of a faciliator’s time is spent in the schools with the students we serve.

PS Facilitators develop long-term relationships with students, help them ignite success from within, express their voices, and provide them with many unique and meaningful experiences – all without judgment. They are there to listen, to encourage, to lend support, and to suggest practical steps toward reaching each student’s goals. Some of our facilitators have worked with the same students from middle school through to high school graduation.

Where students connect to their purpose

Project Success’ goals for students are centered around the whole learner, with social and emotional learning and future planning objectives built into curriculum – grade by grade – over seven years.
